About the role
We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our Cape Town store, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the store team
- Drive sales performance and achieve branch targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries
- Monitor stock levels, stock control, and inventory management
- Oversee merchandising and ensure store presentation meets company standards
- Manage cash handling, banking, and daily reconciliations
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Conduct regular stock takes and minimise stock losses
