Retail Store Leader – Port Elizabeth (relocation optional)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced retail store leader to join Torga Optical’s team in Port Elizabeth (or willing to relocate). You will drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an outstanding patient and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead the retail store team.
• Champion an outstanding patient and customer experience that reflects the Torga Magic ethos.
• Grow sales and ensure the store meets or exceeds performance targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years proven experience in retail or store management (optical experience advantageous).
• Confident, influential leader with strong people‑leadership, coaching and talent‑development skills.
• Demonstrated history of sales growth, operational excellence and sustained business performance.
• Exceptional planning and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented and adaptable.
