About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pampierstad. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while promoting financial services products to retail customers.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers in store, understand their needs and recommend suitable financial services.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Provide after‑sales support and resolve customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a passion for personal growth.
- No prior experience required.
