Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide product information and guide them around the store.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish stock, ensure displays are tidy and accurate.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support promotional activities and help achieve store sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent service.

Required profile

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks such as restocking.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to excellent customer service.
