Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandise and product plans.
• Analyse sales, seasonal trends and customer behaviour.
• Forecast stock, sales and margins.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock performance.
• Produce regular KPI and performance reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, design and marketing teams.
• Support risk assessment and forecasting process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in B.Com, Business Science, Logistics or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Experience with ERP planning software is advantageous. The salary is negotiable and the position is based in Cape Town.
