About the role

TFG is offering a dynamic internship for motivated individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in the retail sector. Interns will work across fashion, lifestyle and homeware brands, supporting day‑to‑day operations and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily department tasks such as merchandising, marketing, sales, customer service or e‑commerce.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences and competitive insights.
• Support creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across social media, email and print.
• Help plan and execute events, promotions and product launches.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collect and analyse data to generate reports and present findings.
• Suggest innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
• Passionate about retail, fashion and consumer trends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Adaptable, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
