About the role
Sanlam Developing Markets is seeking a Retail Branch Manager for its Lusikisiki branch. The role leads the branch’s strategy, sales performance and service culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute branch strategy and business plans.
- Deliver retail branch sales targets and drive activations.
- Improve sales and operational effectiveness.
- Establish and nurture a strong service culture.
- Manage compliance, quality and risk across the branch.
- Lead people management, monthly planning and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders to support business growth.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) with FAIS RE5 and RE1 qualifications.
- 120 Wealth Management credits or a tertiary qualification recognised by the FSCA.
- At least 5 years of recent industry experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in sales and service delivery within the financial or insurance sector.
- Experience in people and service management, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
