Retail Area Manager – Gauteng

About the role

Skye Personnel is seeking a dynamic Retail Area Manager to oversee multiple store locations across Gauteng. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong financial results for each outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of retail stores, ensuring consistent brand standards and customer experience.
• Analyse budgets, P&L statements and financial reports to identify growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
• Develop and implement action plans to meet sales targets and improve store profitability.
• Travel extensively across the region to conduct store visits, audits and coaching sessions.
• Collaborate with franchise partners and internal teams to align operational strategies.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or franchise operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget analysis and P&L management.
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s licence and own car for extensive travel.
