About the role
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall day‑to‑day operation of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, cost control, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with health and safety standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training and performance
- Control costs and monitor financial targets
Required profile
- Hospitality or Restaurant Management qualification
- 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
- Proven ability to manage staff, stock and daily operations
- Basic financial and accounting awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
