Research Architect

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Research Architect to lead the discovery, curation, and dissemination of architectural knowledge. You will support our design teams by providing up‑to‑date material, technology, and regulatory insights that drive innovative design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate emerging materials, technologies, and systems relevant to architecture and design.
• Maintain and expand a digital and physical knowledge library, ensuring compliance with global and regional standards.
• Collaborate with the Resource Centre and internal teams to validate suppliers, manufacturers, and research sources.
• Produce technical content for manuals, guidelines, and templates that align with brand standards.
• Share research findings across the studio and globally, fostering engagement and continuous learning.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong technical understanding of architectural materials, elements, and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Professional, accountable, and resource‑ful with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with remote work tools and reliable high‑speed internet access.
