Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead planning, execution and delivery of logistics and fulfillment centre construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing safety, quality, schedule, budget and contractor performance while collaborating with internal teams, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from design hand‑over through final completion, monitoring schedules and budgets.
• Review contractor progress, lead weekly and monthly reporting, and manage cost risks and variation claims.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, conduct site inspections and promote a zero‑incident culture.
• Verify works against approved drawings, oversee inspection, testing, quality observations and defect closure.
• Coordinate with real‑estate, design, general contractors, local authorities, operations and facility‑management teams.
• Administer contractor contracts, change orders and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities, delivering complete documentation to operations and maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline such as Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, preferably in large logistics, fulfillment or industrial facilities.
• Experience with multinational environments and fast‑track projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
