About the role

We are hiring a Repairs Technician for a leading machinery and tools company in Port Elizabeth. The role involves servicing, repairing and inspecting a variety of tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

Service, repair, and inspect tools and machinery.
Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Manage spare parts and consumables stock.

Required profile

2-5 years hands‑on repair and maintenance experience.
Experience repairing power tools, welding machines, compressors, generators, and petrol/diesel engines.
Technical, mechanical, and electrical knowledge.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance.
Good communication skills and customer‑service focus.
Detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Knowledge of PCB board repairs is advantageous.
