Renewals Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Renewals Sales Support professional to assist our Account Managers in Cape Town. The role focuses on administrative tasks that keep the sales cycle running smoothly, from preparing quotations to processing sales orders and handling client entitlements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue reseller quotations, ensuring all pricing and promotion details are accurate.
• Enter opportunities into the CRM, load quotes, and track their progress until hand‑off to the sales team.
• Process sales orders, arrange product dispatch, and verify that invoices are generated correctly.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries within two hours, providing product information, pricing, and support.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotions and apply them to quotes where applicable.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales specialists, brand teams, and resellers to resolve pricing or discount queries.
• Compile and distribute weekly backlog reports and keep the brand directory and quote templates current.
• Escalate customer complaints or vendor issues according to service‑level agreements.
