Remote Talent Recruiter (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Talent Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end sourcing pipeline for our clients. This full‑time, client‑facing role involves managing LinkedIn campaigns, screening candidates, and conducting Zoom interviews to place top remote talent.

Key responsibilities

• Run and filter candidates from LinkedIn ad campaigns.
• Post and manage LinkedIn job listings.
• Screen applicants and build shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Conduct Zoom calls with clients to run interviews and manage placements.
• Represent the company professionally on camera and over the phone daily.

Required profile

• Proven experience filtering and screening candidates from LinkedIn ads and managing LinkedIn job postings.
• Fluent, confident spoken English and excellent written communication.
• Comfortable and professional on camera during client Zoom calls.
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Self‑directed, organized, and reliable on a consistent daily schedule.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Salary range: $1,000 – $4,000 per month, based on experience.
