Remote Student Enrollment Agent – Telesales for National Education College

About the role

We are looking for motivated, target‑driven individuals to work from home as Student Enrollment Agents for a leading distance‑learning college. You will contact prospective students, guide them through the online enrollment process and help convert inquiries into registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Answer questions about courses, admission requirements, fees and enrollment procedures.
• Assess student needs and recommend suitable programmes.
• Guide applicants from initial inquiry to successful registration, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/student management system.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospective students.
• Participate in career expos, open days and recruitment events when required.
• Collaborate with academic, finance and student support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Prepare enrollment reports and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years experience in admissions, student recruitment, telesales, call‑centre or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or student management system.
