Remote Student Enrollment Agent – Call Centre & Telesales

About the role

We are looking for motivated, target‑driven Student Enrollment Agents to join our admissions team on a work‑from‑home basis. You will engage prospective students, guide them through the online enrollment process and help convert inquiries into registrations for a leading distance‑learning college.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with prospects via phone, email, WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Answer questions about courses, admission requirements, fees and enrollment procedures.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable programmes.
• Guide applicants from initial inquiry to successful registration, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/student management system.
• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
• Participate in career expos, open days and recruitment events when required.
• Collaborate with academic, finance and student support teams for seamless onboarding.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education or related field is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years experience in admissions, student recruitment, telesales, call‑centre or sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or enrollment targets.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to assess student needs and match them with appropriate courses.
• Proficiency in using CRM or student management systems.
