Remote SDR / Appointment Setter for US Solar Leads

About the role

This remote position supports a fast‑growing US‑based solar lead generation company. You will engage homeowners who have expressed interest in solar, qualify them, and book in‑person appointments for the US sales team. The role blends inbound lead handling with outbound follow‑up when lead volume slows.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm inbound leads and qualify homeowners against company criteria
• Handle basic objections and schedule qualified appointments directly in the CRM
• Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to aged homeowner lists and re‑engage missed appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead statuses, and meet daily/monthly appointment targets
• Collaborate closely with the US sales team and deliver a high‑energy, professional customer experience on every call

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment‑setting, telesales, cold‑calling or SDR roles
• Prior experience in the solar industry is highly preferred; related fields such as insurance, mortgage, HVAC, roofing or real‑estate are a plus
• Fluent English with a neutral or near‑neutral US accent
• Emotionally resilient, comfortable handling rejection and high call volumes
• Ability to work independently from a remote setup aligned to US Eastern Time, including Saturdays
