Remote Scheduler (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Scheduler to support our ABA therapy scheduling operations. Working remotely from South Africa on US business hours, you will coordinate session updates, communicate with therapists, families and internal teams, and ensure scheduling accuracy across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage scheduling updates and coordinate therapist‑client session changes.
• Respond promptly to scheduling‑related chats, emails and other communication requests.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in all relevant platforms.
• Communicate updates clearly and professionally to families, therapists and internal staff.
• Monitor conflicts, escalate issues when needed, and support workflow management.
• Provide additional coordination and administrative support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and prior experience in scheduling, healthcare or administrative coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written communication and professional demeanor under pressure.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with scheduling and communication tools (e.g., chat, email platforms).
• Good typing speed and computer literacy.
