Remote Recruitment Coordinator for ABA Therapy (US Healthcare)

About the role

ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a remote Recruitment Coordinator to support a US‑based client in the Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) sector. You will manage high‑volume sourcing, screening and onboarding of ABA therapists (RBTs) to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach primarily via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Review and assess 50+ resumes daily to achieve approximately 10 hires per week.
• Identify candidates from education, psychology, childcare and related fields, even if they lack formal ABA experience.
• Pipeline suitable candidates into the client’s 40‑hour training programme.
• Maintain real‑time notes and manage a fast‑moving candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with client requirements.

Required profile

• Strong phone‑based communication skills and proactive outreach style.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST.
• Willingness to work on South African and US public holidays (compensated per BCEA).
• Reliable fixed‑fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and power backup solution.
• Experience in high‑volume recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
