Remote Recruitment Consultant – Legal Sector (Work‑From‑Home)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work remotely and specialise in placing lawyers. The role operates on UK business hours (10 am‑8:15 pm) and offers a base salary plus commission on successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Source, contact and engage qualified lawyers using phone, email and networking tools.
• Maintain a daily pipeline of at least 3.75 hours of phone outreach and 5 hours of research and outreach activities.
• Manage candidate and client relationships through the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement.
• Achieve placement targets that generate commissions on deals ranging from $25 k to $100 k.
• Participate in daily training sessions and regular meetings with senior billers.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑discipline to work from home.
• Previous experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
