Remote Recruiter (US Hours)

About the role

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its remote team, working US business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST). You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing candidates to supporting onboarding, helping the company attract top talent across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the main communication link between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
• Regularly report recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working remotely with a team across US time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
