Remote Recruiter (US Hours)

About the role

ReWorks Solutions is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join its growing team. Working remotely from South Africa on US business hours, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment support.
• Report recruitment metrics and progress regularly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team across US time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Microsoft Office suite.
