Remote Recruiter – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join A Hiring Group on a full‑time remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for office‑based and non‑technical positions, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, resume screening, outreach, interviews, and offer extensions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct phone/video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain organized pipelines and accurate records in the ATS.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely communication to candidates.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous recruitment or HR experience, including internships or entry‑level roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
