Remote Recruiter (Full‑Time)

About the role

Job Duck is looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our remote team. You will act as the primary liaison between candidates and US‑based clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm candidate availability for interviews and manage interview schedules.
• Request and verify documentation required by clients.
• Communicate with clients through Zendesk and keep them updated on requisition status.
• Analyze candidate profiles, match them to job requirements, and send matches via Zendesk.
• Maintain and update candidate and job data in Workday and internal databases.
• Coordinate multi‑candidate interviews and verify start dates.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via email and WhatsApp and keep their information current.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
