About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Recruiter to support a fast‑growing transportation company. The role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.‑based clients while working from anywhere in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data.
Conduct outbound calls, screen candidates, and guide them through each recruitment stage.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms, review resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain clear communication with hiring managers, and continuously improve hiring workflows.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
Hands‑on experience with ATS administration and data import.
Proven ability to conduct candidate screening and outbound outreach.
Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment processes.
