Remote Recruiter for Global Talent Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our fully remote, multicultural team. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for fast‑growing DTC clients, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract talent globally through job boards, social media, databases and referrals.
• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and create shortlists.
• Manage candidate communication and act as the main point of contact.
• Identify future hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
• Minimum 2 years of 360° recruiting experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Experience in performance‑marketing, creative agencies or paid‑social advertising for DTC brands is a plus.
• Strong organizational, decision‑making and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with global stakeholders.
