Remote Project Manager - A/B Testing Programmes

About the role

Spiralyze is seeking a dynamic and organised Project Manager to join its global, remote team. This client-facing position is central to the organisation's success, as it involves orchestrating complex A/B testing programmes. The role ensures that high-impact initiatives run smoothly, coordinating across specialist teams and driving A/B tests from conception through to analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage teams of about 5 to 10 people covering research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance and analytics, keeping A/B tests on track through ideation, development, launch and post-launch analysis.
• Contribute to a testing roadmap of 10 to 20 upcoming experiments, explain the rationale behind the testing strategy, set expectations for clients and internal teams, and present progress and results in regular client meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact for external clients and internal teams, communicating progress, insights and results clearly and proactively.
