About the role
We are seeking a motivated Remote Lead Warming Agent to join our growing remote‑first marketing team. In this outbound calling position you will engage prospective customers, assess their interest, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospects.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team.
- Update CRM records accurately after each interaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain a professional, positive attitude on every call.
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation or teleprospecting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Own laptop or desktop with a noise‑cancelling headset.
- Availability to start immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency with VICIdial.
