Remote Graphic Designer – Healthcare Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Graphic Designer to support a leading healthcare revenue cycle management organization. The role focuses on creating polished visual assets that reinforce the brand and enable both marketing and sales initiatives for U.S.-based clients, while working during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Design branded one‑pagers, case studies, brochures, presentations, and other sales collateral.
• Create visually engaging PowerPoint decks and client‑facing sales presentations.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative assets.
• Refresh and update existing marketing and sales materials as needed.
• Produce graphics for email campaigns, LinkedIn posts, webinars, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop assets that support campaigns and business development.
• Translate complex healthcare products and services into clear visual content.
• Perform light video editing using CapCut or similar tools, including trimming webinars, adding captions, and preparing videos for distribution.
• Support simple multimedia projects and contribute creative ideas to strengthen initiatives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print formats.
• Proven ability to design presentations, sales collateral, and branded digital assets.
• Background in B2B environments such as healthcare, technology, finance, or similar corporate sectors is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency with Canva.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with CapCut or comparable video‑editing software.
