About the role

We are seeking a Remote Frontend Web Developer specialized in HTML and CSS to build and maintain responsive user interfaces for a high‑traffic platform. The role is contract‑based and offers an hourly rate of $30‑$80.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement pixel‑perfect UI elements.
• Optimize front‑end performance and adhere to accessibility standards.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Proficiency in HTML and CSS with a strong understanding of semantic markup.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile‑first approaches.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) or frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Knowledge of browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Ability to translate designs from tools such as Figma or Sketch into functional code.
