Remote Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce operations. This remote position focuses on boosting online visibility, creating engaging content, and analysing campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling email newsletters and marketing copy.
• Support on‑page and off‑page SEO initiatives to improve organic traffic.
• Collect, analyse, and report on campaign metrics such as open rates and conversion data using Excel.
• Utilise AI tools to streamline content creation and research marketing trends.
• Update website banners, landing pages, and product launch content.
• Monitor competitor activities and help implement new digital tactics.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing or content creation, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with a focus on brand consistency.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
