Remote Customer Advocate – Inbound Sales

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates who combine empathetic support with a strong sales mindset. You will engage shoppers through chat, email, and phone, helping them discover the right products while driving revenue for our e‑commerce partners.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundle suggestions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of each brand’s identity and catalogue to generate sales and upsell opportunities.
• Process returns and tracking inquiries, while proactively looking for ways to retain the sale.
• Maintain brand‑consistent tone, voice, and service standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
• Reliable internet connection of minimum 25 Mbps download and upload.
• Computer meeting minimum specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Strong empathy, patience, and persuasive communication abilities.
