About the role

We are looking for a proactive Remote Cold Caller to join our client acquisition team. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, introducing our services, and qualifying prospects for further sales engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Make high‑volume outbound cold calls using provided lead lists.
  • Introduce company services clearly, generate interest, and qualify leads.
  • Maintain accurate call records and outcomes in CRM systems.
  • Follow call scripts while adapting messaging based on prospect responses.
  • Handle objections professionally to maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead‑generation targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales development.
  • Strong verbal communication with a confident phone presence.
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target‑driven environment.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet remote workspace.
  • Availability to work in time zones aligned with target markets (e.g., US, UK, Australia).
