Remote Chemistry Professor – $70‑$90/hr Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chemistry Professor to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply your expertise to design, execute, and interpret advanced chemical experiments that support product development, quality control, and process optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses and experiments.
• Design and interpret complex laboratory experiments involving synthesis, reactions, and separation techniques.
• Document methodologies, data, and findings with precision.
• Critically evaluate results and propose improvements or new investigative approaches.
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Contribute domain knowledge to improve AI training datasets and reasoning capabilities.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Chemistry (PhD preferred).
• Extensive hands‑on experience with wet‑lab techniques, experimental design, and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and a record of innovative problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in interdisciplinary or cross‑functional projects.
