Remote Business Development Manager – 30‑40k RAND base, 100k+ OTE

About the role

We are a leading professional services firm seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base across the legal, technology and accounting sectors. The role is fully remote and operates on USA business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business from law firms, tech firms and accounting firms.
• Conduct heavy outbound calling and digital outreach to create opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, holding weekly check‑ins.
• Convert cold outreach and warm leads into closed deals.
• Coordinate client meetings, ensure successful execution and follow‑up.
• Market candidates to clients and reignite historic leads.
• Contribute to the growth of our US market operations.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience, preferably in recruitment or a similar B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and digital outreach.
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated and highly organized.
• Willingness to work USA hours (10 AM‑8:15 PM UK time).
