Remote Appointment Setter (SDR) for Physical Therapy Practice

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Remote Appointment Setter (SDR) to support our growing physical therapy practice. You will handle inbound leads from digital ads and turn them into booked appointments, acting as the first point of contact for prospective patients.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up on approximately 70 new leads per week generated from ads.
• Schedule appointments accurately using the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for treatment.
• Maintain consistent communication and provide timely updates to prospects.
• Track calls, bookings, and conversion metrics in the CRM.
• Support the practice in meeting patient booking goals.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English; a clear US accent is a plus.
• Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Comfortable working remotely and using CRM systems.
• Reliable internet and phone setup.
