Remote Account Executive - Closing High-Ticket Deals

About the role

Huzzle is expanding its remote operations and is looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join its sales team. The company connects global talent with organisations in the UK, US and Australia, operating at the intersection of SaaS, FinTech and MarTech. This is a dedicated closing role where you take full ownership of the sales cycle, acting as the main point of contact for qualified prospects from discovery through to contract negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into revenue by leading discovery calls that uncover client needs and budget constraints.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that clearly show return on investment.
• Handle difficult objections on pricing, competition and timing.
• Drive the negotiation process so commercial terms match client needs and company objectives.
• Work with marketing and sales development representatives to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Document all customer interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM.

Required profile

• At least three years of sales experience, specifically closing high-ticket deals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue and sales targets.
• Self-starter comfortable working independently remotely, with good communication across video and digital channels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for an international client base.
• Prior experience in B2B tech, software or SaaS is preferred.
• A reliable home office setup and the discipline to manage your own productivity.
