Remote ABA Therapy Recruiter (US Healthcare, EST Hours)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to support a US‑based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. Working remotely on EST hours, you will fill new therapy cases within 24‑48 hours, ensuring children and families receive timely behavioural support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond promptly to candidate applications on Indeed.
• Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapist roles.
• Fill new cases within 24‑48 hours of receipt.
• Send onboarding documentation and follow up for timely return.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance.
• Hand off completed cases to the on‑shore staffing team with full details.
• Source fresh candidates on LinkedIn to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in ClickUp, Viventium, and Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Highly organised and able to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑6 PM EST (including SA and US public holidays).
• Fixed fibre internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and reliable power backup.
• Remote work setup with wired Ethernet capability.
