Remote ABA Therapy Recruiter (US Healthcare) – EST Hours

About the role

We are seeking a proactive recruiter to support a US‑based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) therapy provider. The role is fully remote and operates on EST business hours, requiring rapid placement of therapists within 24‑48 hours of case receipt.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to new candidate applications on Indeed promptly.
• Conduct screening and placement interviews for ABA therapist positions.
• Fill new therapy cases within 24‑48 hours of receipt.
• Send onboarding documentation, follow up for timely returns, and coordinate background checks.
• Hand over completed cases to the on‑shore staffing team with all relevant information.
• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records in ClickUp, Viventium, and Microsoft Teams.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and high‑urgency conditions.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps fibre) and backup power solution.
• Willingness to work on both South African and US public holidays.

Required skills

• Experience using Indeed for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
• Familiarity with ClickUp project management.
• Knowledge of Viventium HR platform.
• Comfort with Microsoft Teams for collaboration.
