Registered Nurse – Primary Health Care (Full-time)

About the role

A permanent, full-time position is available for a Registered Nurse at Life Health Solutions Clinic in Johannesburg. The nurse will deliver primary health care services, promote health and well‑being, and ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary health care services, including outreach and walk‑in consultations.
• Maintain, calibrate and control clinic equipment.
• Keep records up to date in line with legislation and audit requirements.
• Collect and submit statistical data and monitor employee health status.
• Prepare rosters, verify timesheets and arrange locum coverage when needed.
• Participate in the organisation’s quality programme and ISO audit processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in General Nursing and registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Certificate in Dispensing and a qualification in Primary Health/Community Health Nursing.
• Computer literacy and ability to work within the scope of practice of a Registered Nursing Practitioner.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
