Registered Nurse Locum (Full‑time)

About the role
Charisma Healthcare Solutions is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to work on a locum basis in Sandton. The role involves providing high‑quality nursing care in a fast‑paced clinical environment, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments and IV therapies.
- Assist with medical procedures and perform wound and skin care.
- Draw blood, collect laboratory specimens and ensure accurate documentation.
- Educate patients and answer their questions regarding care.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse with a valid South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration.
- 1–3 years of nursing experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (optional).
Required skills
- IV medication administration.
- Wound care and skin management.
- Phlebotomy and laboratory specimen collection.
- Patient vital signs monitoring.
