Registered Nurse – ICU (Experienced)

About the role

Life Flora Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Medical ICU team. The role involves delivering high‑quality, holistic care to critically ill patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive basic and specialised nursing care to ICU patients.
• Communicate regularly with patients and families regarding condition and care plans.
• Administer medications in line with ethical and legal standards.
• Monitor, maintain and report on ICU equipment and instrumentation.
• Support the unit’s infection control and SHEQ processes.
• Manage stock, staff hours and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with doctors, execute prescriptions and assist multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing degree or diploma.
• Prior experience working in an ICU setting.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Strong customer orientation, energetic and well‑organised.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
