About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional General Counsel – West to provide strategic and practical legal advice supporting our client’s operations across West Africa.

Key responsibilities

Deliver strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.
Advise senior management on risk mitigation and compliance across the region.

Required profile

Proven experience as a General Counsel or senior legal advisor in a multinational environment.
Deep knowledge of West African legal and regulatory frameworks.

Required skills

Expertise in corporate and commercial law.
Strong background in regulatory compliance and transactional work.
