Regional Finance Director – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

About the role

SLR is seeking a Regional Finance Director for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, you will lead financial management, governance and performance reporting across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with group standards and local regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax and regulatory requirements in all MEA jurisdictions.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audits and tax filings for regional entities.
• Maintain a strong internal control framework aligned to Group standards and mitigate financial risks.
• Deliver accurate, timely monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and performance insights for the region.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning across the region.
• Drive integration of newly acquired businesses, standardise finance practices and develop a high‑performing regional finance team.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with hands‑on experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast‑moving, acquisitive environment.
• Strong track record in statutory reporting, audit coordination and tax compliance.
• Experience integrating new businesses and standardising finance processes.
