Regional Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Regional Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating, aligning and executing digital marketing activities across the Boland & Overberg region. Working under the Regional Marketing Manager, the role ensures that all digital initiatives support the regional marketing strategy and adhere to national standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the region’s organic and paid social media strategy.
• Plan, create and publish content across all regional digital platforms.
• Manage social media communities, Google Business profiles and the regional YouTube channel.
• Run paid social media campaigns and optimise performance through analytics and reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external content suppliers and stakeholders.
• Drive lead generation, brand awareness and engagement for both sellers and buyers.
• Provide digital expertise and training to internal teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, marketing innovations and digital tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital channels and campaigns.
• Ability to work remotely with a preference for candidates based in or around the Winelands region.
• Strong coordination skills with internal and external suppliers.
• Commitment to delivering work in line with national marketing standards and the group’s digital strategy.
• Willingness to support employment equity initiatives.
