Recruitment Team Leader

About the role

Communicate Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Leader to drive a high‑performing recruitment team. You will continue managing your own desk while mentoring consultants, developing business, and ensuring top‑quality service for clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants through regular one‑on‑ones, performance reviews and individual development plans.
• Motivate the team to meet individual and branch targets, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Maintain your own recruitment pipeline, source candidates, conduct interviews and close placements.
• Drive business development activities, support consultants in winning new clients and assist in strategic client meetings.
• Track and analyse KPIs, activity metrics and financial performance; hold consultants accountable to daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Ensure CRM and recruitment systems are accurate, maintain compliance with company processes and support new initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of successful agency recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
• Previous leadership, mentoring or coaching experience within recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the full 360° recruitment cycle and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle.
