Recruitment Specialist

About the role

MyEdSpace is scaling its education platform and needs a Recruitment Specialist to join the People team. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of roles across technology, commercial and education functions, supporting a globally distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hiring activities with hiring managers across all functions.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone screens and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Lead sourcing and outreach for critical hires.
• Develop and optimise recruitment processes using the Ashby ATS, automation and AI.
• Handle offer paperwork, compliance checks and reference coordination.
• Provide market trend insights to the management team and support broader People Ops tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring diverse roles in a high‑growth, global tech business.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who builds relationships quickly with candidates and internal teams.
• Tech‑savvy and up‑to‑date with best‑in‑class recruitment tooling and automation.
