Recruitment Specialist

About the role

MyEdSpace, an education technology platform backed by $15M Series A funding, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its People team. You will support talent acquisition across technology, commercial, and education functions for a globally distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day hiring activities with hiring managers across all functions.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews where appropriate.
• Lead sourcing and outreach for critical hires.
• Develop and optimise recruitment processes using the Ashby ATS, automation and AI tools.
• Handle routine admin such as offer paperwork, compliance checks, and reference coordination.
• Provide market trend insights to the management team and support broader People Ops tasks during quieter periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience hiring diverse roles in a high‑growth, global technology business.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who can quickly build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Tech‑savvy with a keen interest in recruitment tooling and automation.
