Recruitment Sales Consultant

About the role

Futurelink Global Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Sales Consultant to join its South African team. No prior recruitment experience is required – you only need a proven ability to sell services and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You will work either from our modern Westville office or remotely from anywhere in South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with client organisations.
• Identify, pitch and win new business opportunities across various sectors.
• Interview, coach and match candidates with suitable roles.
• Negotiate offers and close placement deals.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner rather than a traditional salesperson.

Required profile

• Matric or tertiary qualification.
• Demonstrated track record in selling services to businesses or customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and resilience.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable with phone and face‑to‑face interactions.

Required skills

• Effective questioning and active listening.
• Ability to build trust quickly.
• Basic proficiency with recruitment technology (training provided).
