Recruitment Resourcer – Property & Construction

About the role

We are a specialist recruitment business seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support high‑quality assignments within the property and construction sector. The role focuses on sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates while collaborating with the wider recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments and deliver candidates that meet defined briefs.
• Sell opportunities to candidates via phone, overcoming objections and ensuring a strong pipeline.
• Produce detailed candidate profiles and convert them into professional CVs/resumes.
• Conduct market research to identify target companies and high‑quality talent.
• Headhunt and engage candidates using calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain CRM updates, interview confirmations, pipeline management, and activity tracking.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet activity and placement targets.
• Generate referrals and identify potential business leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of recruitment experience, preferably in permanent roles.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with professionals.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to source candidates for hard‑to‑fill vacancies.
• Target‑driven, proactive and comfortable in a KPI‑focused environment.
• Team player eager to learn and progress.
